Dimapur, June 21 (MExN): Instudia, in collaboration with Immanuel College, Dimapur, organised a seminar on "AI for Productivity" on June 20 to introduce students to the practical applications of artificial intelligence in academic and professional settings.
According to a press release, the seminar focused on equipping participants with the mindset and tools needed to use AI responsibly while improving productivity.
Director of Instudia, Daniel Changkija, said artificial intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept but a present-day reality that, when used effectively, can significantly improve personal efficiency and help students compete for global opportunities from Dimapur.
The technical sessions were led by resource person Vishal Bardewa, who demonstrated how AI tools can be used to automate repetitive tasks, streamline research and data gathering, organise schedules, create personalised task management plans, and support problem-solving.
Bardewa said AI should complement rather than replace human intelligence and creativity, serving as a tool to enhance human capability and productivity.
The seminar concluded with a question-and-answer session during which students and faculty discussed the ethical implications of AI, data privacy, and the future of productivity-driven careers in a technology-oriented world.
