1. The India election system, which never match with the Nagas system of selection. The Indian election system is like a big gambling, which involve big amount of money and for which, the God fearing person or the honest and capable one cannot be selected as our leader. But for the Nagas they always choose their leaders by selection system as to who have seen the month first or an honest and respectful elderly person without even spending a rupee. And as such, the Indian election system must be changed into Naga selection system latter or sooner.
2. Justice system of India, the law of India is very standard which is also lengthy in process and never match with the laws of Nagas. According to Naga Customary Law, there is no pending or bribery system. But according to law of India the poor people are denied justice meanwhile the rich men procure justice through monetary power according to time taking and lengthy system. Hence, in many cases the Nagas are victimized by the Indian law, therefore, we must completely use our fittest Customary Law only in our own land, so that equality of justice shall prevail in our land.
3. Census of Houses, Populations and Electoral Roll in Nagaland. The GOI or the Government of Nagaland has been trying many times to bring the accurate result of house numbers, population Census and electoral roll in Nagaland. But while trying to do their best, it found more sky high and in some cases populations rate are even becoming more than the electoral list. And as such, specially in Nagaland where we have not more than 15 lakh populations and can have one day Census for populations and houses, including the electoral roll in Nagaland after serving strict notice to the Village Councils and Towns in Nagaland. Fixed a day and time to count house numbers, populations and electoral roll and on the same day let everybody stay in his/her house for accurate Census with a condition not to allow any person to go out from his or her house under the strict control of the neutral forces. So that the Government can bring the accurate list of house numbers with its population and electoral roll which is a must on the part of the Government.
4. Interview for Government jobs or services system in Nagaland. It seems that the biggest headache faces by the Government of Nagaland is created by the Government itself only. In this special issue, the Government is facing great problem everyday due to conducting interview or competitive exam system for Government job, which invites countless problems due to opening widely the ways of bribery and corruption. For example, in the early days, the Nagas were illiterate, why? Because, Nagas are the latest naked people. But nowadays, qualified candidature for teachers are available from village itself and every Village Council are well versed with their village qualified candidates who can sever their own village school going children better than those elected as qualified teachers through back doors appointment and sent to their villages. Moreover, nowadays there are so many qualified candidates for the post of EAC and DSP in Nagaland, and some of those declared unqualified candidates who cannot offered bribery during the time of interview are more brilliant, fit-forth than the so-called elected qualified candidates or interview passed candidates. And as such, let us stopped the interview system in Nagaland and bring the qualified and capable candidates of BA’s and MA’s etc. to the system on account of population scale so that only we can eradicate the corruption in our land.
