Banks are basic necessity which acts a significant role as an intermediary or agent, in the financial system. With the increase of population, its relativity also increased. Bank being most accredited public sector and forerunner of customers trust; most of the public rely on it for their daily transactions. The bulk of businessmen depend on it for their day-to-day transactions to keep their business stirring. However, the operating system of SBI Pfutsero, Branch has come under severe criticism which is beyond contemplation.
Visualizing the scenario of existing SBI Pfutsero Branch, the Kalos Society, Pfutsero through its public media retorted its awkward services which buckled the trust of the venerated clienteles. The Kalos society questions the concern authority, how could a Public Sector Bank demean its functions when Banks are increasingly becoming important pacing with growth of its customers?
The Banking system of SBI Pfutsero is so discouraging and retorting which has shattered its value where its functions have permeated disorder and dissents amongst its esteemed clients.
The Kalos society denounced SBI Pfutsero that with acute shortage of Field Staffs and constant technical problems, the congenial atmosphere of the Bank has come under strain. Pity customers were made to wait/queue in line (2-3 hrs) for just petty transactions. Technical failures, insufficient cash to cater the needs of the valued customers and uncalled close of transactions even on working days are major setbacks. After repeated appeal and protest by customers it has become a meager dream.
Is it not hilarious indication that SBI Pfutsero Bank has no proper printer (machine) to update Passbooks. Under such circumstances, distressed customers have to wait for weeks/months to get their passbook updated or have to search nearby SBI Bank to do that petty job. Another appalling indication was that erratic ATM service.Technical failure, light problem, non-availability of cash and improper timing for ATM boots closure and opening has shrunken and demeaned the trust of its valued customers.
In a statement, the society points out that it finds difficult to comprehend why SBI Pfutsero Branch has been so neglected when there was enormous growth of customers. Such regular trend will tarnish the image of bank. Being the ambit of public reliance, it will be conducive if the Bank could retrospect and reflect the consequences that it is going to fuel undesirable bearing to its active customers.
Reflecting the unprecedented anomalies, the Kalos society calls the attention of the concern authority, administration, public leaders and concern NGOs to survey the undue hardships faced by the publics and bring exceptional solution to restore our ruining Bank.
