Dimapur, June 5 (MExN): IQAC, Kohima College, Kohima organised an awareness programme and distributed custom-made reusable face masks to daily-wage labourers and vendors in Kohima from New Secretariat to BOC.
Under this year’s theme ‘Biodiversity,’ IQAC, Kohima College also organised and sponsored a project and online contest titled ‘KCK Lockdown Biodiversity: It’s Never A Wrong Time To Give Back To Nature.’
The students of the college were urged to take part in eco-friendly activities like gardening, tree-planting, taking care of animals, recycling/upcycling, practising the 3Rs of Sustainability, Waste Management, etc during the lockdown and post pictures of them engaging in said activities on social media platforms.
