Dimapur, February 15 (MExN): Convener of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland kilonsers, AZ Jami, is authorized by the chairman of the outfit SS Khaplang to “oversee and supervise” all political affairs, “parry affairs” and “administrative” matters. A note from the MIP stated that the president and Ato kilonser can not always be in station or office” due to “heavy engagements” so Jami is authorized to undertake the said matters in the name of both. All “civil” and “army” authorities of the outfit are asked to keep in close touch with the convener and communicated all matters to the leadership through him to avoid “unnecessary troubles and lapses”.
