Jesa Chiero and Anakali Jimo were crowned as Mr and Miss IUN 2021 respectively during the university’s Fresher’s Day on November 6.
The ICFAI University, Nagaland (IUN) celebrated the day display of talents by students as they welcomed the freshers, a press release from the university informed.
Nukmenti Aier and Gaidinmei Panmei were declared as the winners of best ethnic wear while Mr and Miss Talented were given to Avipra Sapruna and Arnala Longkumer respectively.
Earlier, the IUN Vice Chancellor Dr AK Verma welcomed and motivated the new students while the newly elected Students’ Council members were also introduced to the juniors.
Heads of various departments, teaching and non-teaching staff, students and others were present on the occasion, the IUN release added.
