JNVYAA members encouraged to give back to society

Dimapur, October 16 (DIPR): Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Yakukie Alumni Association (JNVYAA) held its third get together on October 14 at Highnoon Diners, Super Market, Dimapur.

DPRO Dimapur Lolano Patton, a former teacher at JNV Yakukie, while exhorting the gathering lauded them for becoming responsible citizens and reminded them to give back something towards humanity.

An alumni meet is basically organised to celebrate and refresh old relationships, share one's experiences and more importantly to strengthen and revive the bonding of the peer groups for a good cause and to initiate steps for a way forward to contribute towards the society, she reminded.

The DPRO also impressed upon her former students on the need for proper time management. Saying that everybody has 24 hours of time in a day at their disposal she said it depends on the individuals on how to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively.   Group discussion on membership fee, information and collection was also held during the meet.
