The K3M Band, a homegrown music sensation, has etched its name in history by winning the Best Regional English Rock Song award at the Clef Music Awards 2025 held in Mumbai. The achievement is a testament to the band’s talent, dedication, and perseverance, and has brought immense pride to the community.
A celebratory gathering was conducted in Wokha, by the families, and community members to honour the band’s accomplishment. The event was filled with joy, pride, and words of encouragement as the community celebrated this remarkable milestone.
During the event, the K3M Band shared insights into their journey and what the award means to them. The award-winning song, “Pandemic”, carries a powerful message. Composed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the song resonates with themes of loss, resilience, and hope. The band highlighted that it pays tribute to doctors, nurses, frontline workers, and all individuals who have endured hardships during the pandemic.
“Against all odds, this song delivers a message of hope and love. We are grateful to everyone who believed in us and our music,” the band added, visibly overwhelmed with emotion.
