KD Iron & Steel Co receives award

Dilip Goenka of KD Iron & Steel Co. Guwahati, manufacturers of X-Tech TMT Bar, receiving the ‘Ispat Udyog Ratan’ award of AIIFA for its contribution in steel sector & high quality products. The award was given during the International Level Conference on “Emerging, Innovative & Future Technology For Manufacturing of Clean, Green & Economical Steel In India: National Steel Policy 2017” at Le Meridien, New Delhi on October 22, a press note informed. The conference was organised by the apex body of the Electric Induction Furnace (EIF) steel makers - the All India Induction Furnace Association (AIIFA). The programme was presided over by Union Steel Minister Chaudhary Birendra Singh, and Secretary & Jt. Secretary, the Ministry of Steel and attended by over 250 delegates, steel manufacturers from all over India & abroad.
