Kekhrie Yhoshü emerged champion in the Naga Style Wrestling (Senior Category) during the 82nd annual sports meet of the Kigwema Youth Organization held at Kigwema Ground, Kholera.
Kohima, January 8 (MExN): Kekhrie Yhoshü today emerged champion in the Naga Style Wrestling (Senior Category) during the 82nd annual sports meet of the Kigwema Youth Organization (KYO) held at Kigwema Ground, Kholera from January 4 to 8.
Aleto Yhoshü, Ketouvilie Kere and Menosale Kere were placed in 2nd, 3rd and 4rd position respectively.
In the junior category, Neisato Bio emerged champion and Avizo Phira, Visabu Phira and Khriesakhoto Pfükha were placed in 2nd, 3rd and 4rd position respectively. Earlier, during the inaugural function, Advisor, Technical Education and Election Medo Yhokha was the Guest speaker and Chairman, Kigwema Village Council, Balie Kere was the Match Patron.
The sports meet also witnessed athlete for both men and women and Men’s football, Volleyball (women, men) among others.
