Itanagar, September 10 (PTI): Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has assured the Indian Air force of the state government’s full support and cooperation for conducting the proposed Airmen Recruitment Rally in the state in the first week of October next. Khandu’s assurance came when Commanding Officer of 11 Airmen Selection Centre of the IAF, VPV Baliga called on him at his office in Itanagar on Saturday, an official release informed. While expressing gratitude to IAF on behalf of the people, Khandu requested recruitment of maximum number of youths of the state in the force. The IAF would conduct two separate Air Men Recruitment Rallies at Itanagar on October 1 for the western zone and at Tezu on October 5 for eastern zone of the state.
