DIMAPUR, SEPT 14 (MExN): The NSCN (K) has in a press communiqué pointed out that the identity of SS Khaplang and Adino Phizo was very much that of a Naga “who truly love the Naga people”. “Particularly about SS Khaplang, he is the Angh and God Father of Eastern Nagaland who alone stood above all the Nagas in Eastern sector and who alone can liberate Eastern Nagaland”, the NSCN (K) stated. Further claiming that Khaplang had his Kingdom/Empire, the NSCN (IM) General Secretary Th Muivah “was a king without empire and subject” and that he must resign from national service on moral grounds. “When all the Naga people are against him, who is he to represent them forcibly. The standard of the slave will in no way be raised to the position of the King (Angh)”, the NSCN (K) stated.
