Phek, December 28 (MExN): The 65th general session of Khezhakeno Students’ Union (KSU) was held under the theme “Empowering tomorrow’ leader” at Lepfhe, Khezhakeno in Phek district on December 27.

Gracing the session as the guest speaker, MLA Dr Neisatuo Mero challenged the students to give their best in this competitive world. Talking on the importance of time management, he said “Life is short and precious, therefore one needs to seriously plan out & priorities one's life.” He told the students and youth to set the virtues of life such as; fear of God, hard work, discipline and punctuality.

Dr Mero also congratulated the meritorious students in various streams and fields.

Kote Koza, Secretariat Assistant, Nagaland Civil Secretariat addressed the session as the guest of honour while Kevengo-u Ngotha, Miss Phek 2023 rendered special appearance. Kodotso-o Koza HSSLC Top 5 shared success story.

Earlier, KSU President Pfutsudulo Meche delivered presidential address. The session was also marked by meritorious award and Lt Razouko Ngone Memorial Award. Declaration of best colony wise Christmas declaration and KSU extravaganza also marked the session. Act of blessings was pronounced by Rev Pfolo Koza, Associate Pastor KCRC. The session concluded with vote of thanks by Vekhrolo Koza, BDO and advisor KSU.
