KHEZHAKENO, APRIL 28 (MExN): In a bid to empower students with the necessary tools for career planning, the Khezhakeno Students Union (KSU) organized a comprehensive workshop held at the Village Council Hall, Khezhakeno on April 27. The event, chaired by Krovieo Koza, commenced with an invocation by Rev. C. Ngochinyi Koza.

Resource person Er Daniel Kevie, Executive Engineer PWD, Pfutsero shared insights into the notable improvements in the performance of government schools in recent years. Addressing a gathering of students, Er Kevie emphasized the significance of resilience and ambition in achieving success.

He encouraged students to remain steadfast in their pursuits, despite any perceived disparities between government and private educational institutions. He underscored the accessibility of resources such as the internet, which can aid students in augmenting their learning experiences.

Er Kevie further stressed the importance of ambition coupled with diligent effort. He urged students to capitalize on opportunities and pursue their goals with unwavering determination.

Resource person Er Mechietsho Koza, EAC Chuchuyimlang, shared valuable insights on career choices beyond conventional paths. He urged students to consider professional courses and entrepreneurship, highlighting the changing dynamics of career pursuits. 

Underscoring the importance of education and perseverance, he encouraged students to pursue their passions while remaining adaptable to unforeseen challenges.

With a focus on professional courses and entrepreneurship, Er Koza highlighted the evolving landscape of career opportunities, urging students to explore both conventional and unconventional avenues with confidence. Er Koza also emphasized the significance of building meaningful connections and leveraging digital platforms for entrepreneurial ventures. 

Earlier, Pfücülhu Kevie, President KSU, in his opening address, extended a warm welcome to all attendees, congratulating successful HSLC & HSSLC students while offering words of encouragement to those who faced setbacks. He emphasized the importance of the workshop in helping students identify their strengths, weaknesses, and interests to navigate their career paths effectively.
