Kohima, June 14 (MExN): The Kikrüma Village Council along with all the frontal organisation and churches celebrated the success of Vevotolu Kezo for cracking the UPSC, CSE 2022 (rank 387). A felicitation programme was held at her native place, Kikruma village multipurpose hall on June 16 last. 

Speaking at the occasion, Vevotolü Kezo challenged the students to be dedicated to their studies and to their career adding that where there is a will, there is a way for success. She credited God for her success and said ‘her biggest inspiration was her parents continued prayer support and encouragement throughout the UPSC journey.’

Guest Speaker of the day was the Nühüta Tünyi, SDO Civil Wokha. Former minister of Home Thenucho Tünyi, President Chakhesang Mothers’ Association Zhonelü Tunyi, Secretary General, North East Students’ Organisation, Mütsikhoyo Yhobü were among others who spoke during the programme.

Thipuzhoyo Thira, Kikrüma village council chairman said the welcome address while the programme was chaired by Besünhoyo Puro VDB Secretary, Kikrüma. Invocation was said by Rev Dzüthohü Kezo, Pastor Kikruma Baptist Church and Women Society presented song.  About 600 people attended the function.
