Kiphire and Longleng DLSA conduct essay competition

Kiphire, November 4 (MExN): with an aim to impart legal knowledge to the students, Kiphire District Legal Services Authority (KDLSA) organized an essay competition on the topic ‘Child Rights’ at the Loyola Higher Secondary School Kiphire on November 3. Students from Loyola Higher Secondary School, Saramati high school and El Beth high school took part in the competition. The results of the competition will be declared on November 9 during legal services day program.  

Longleng: Longleng District Legal Services Authority (LDLSA) conducted an essay competition on the topic ‘child rights’ at Good Shepherd School Longleng on October 30. Altogether 43 students of class 8, 9 and 10 participated in the competition. The first prize was bagged by Bonghau Phom of class9, second prize by Pajia Sultana of class 10 and T. Chingmei Phom of class 10. The winners were adjudged by Tucano Vamuzo, Chief Judicial Magistrate, and Secretary LDLSA. The winners were given cash prize and certificates, while all the participants were also given certificates. Earlier, Hamnyei Angh gave a brief highlight on the topic.
