KIPHIRE, SEPTEMBER 28 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, NCS, has issued an order prohibiting social gatherings, physical training, drills, sports activities and other congregational activities in and around the helipad area. The DC directed all concerned departments, officers, institutions and the general public to strictly comply with the order. The public has also been asked to refrain from unnecessary movement or activities around the helipad that could affect the safe operation of helicopter services.
