FIRST MATCH
The first match was played between Lhomithi Sporting Club and Dimapur Cricket Club. Dimapur C.C batted first scoring 121 runs. Along was the highest scorer with 26 runs. Toni and Tawang of LSC got 2 wickets each. In response the Lhomithi Sporting Club won the match with ease in 12 overs by 9 wickets. Toni and Bikash of LSC scored 55 and 53 respectively. Toni was declared the Man of the match.
SECOND MATCH
The second match was played between Chronicles XI and Ginoka Sporting Club. Ginoka Sporting Club batted first and could only manage 53 runs as they were all bowled out in 11 overs. Kashito was the only batsman to reach double figures with 13 runs. Gaurav of Chronicles XI bagged 5 wickets while Debo and Bablu got 2 wickets apiece. In reply the Chronicles XI comfortably surpassed the target in 8 overs losing only 1 wicket. Opener Gaurav's quickfire 30 runs supported by Vicky with 12 runs was enough to see their team home. Man of the match was awarded to Gaurav for his excellent performance with both the bat and ball.
