Renovation work being done at the campus ahead of Kohima Bible College 50th Golden Jubilee celebration.
Kohima, November 19 (MExN): The Kohima Bible College (KBC) is all set for its Golden Jubilee Celebration at Rüzhükhrie Government Higher Secondary School (RGHSS) Kohima ground from November 21-26.
A press release from the organising committee of KBC Golden Jubilee stated that the six day-long celebration will be held under the theme, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (Acts 1:8).
The speakers for the celebration are Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, Founder and Senior Pastor, Koinonia Baptist Church, and Principal Kohima Bible College (KBC); Rev. Dr. Vevozo Khamo, Vice-President Nagaland Christian Revival Church (NCRC); Rev. Dr. Putsato Naleo, Founder President, Life Transforming Ministries; John Monger, Founder and Pastor International Restoration Church Austin Texas, USA; Rev. Dr. Batkupar Dunai, Cathedral of Praise Now Generation Outreach Revival Assembly Shillong, Meghalaya, and Rev. Dr. Mati Joseph, Former Registrar of Kohima Bible College (1974-1984).
While a weeklong celebration will mark the participation of college faculty and former faculty, college alumni serving in various Churches, associations and ministries within the state, nationally and across the globe the celebration starts from Tuesday (November 21) evening at 4 pm.
The celebrations will include the release of KBC 50th Golden Jubilee Souvenir, while it will also be a time of sharing the blessings and prayers for all those who have been associated with the college over the last 50 years of existence. Greetings will be delivered by Abei-ü Neihulie, President Kohima Bible College (KBC).
Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, Principal of Kohima Bible College (KBC) informed that the Kohima Bible College (KBC) is the First Charismatic Bible college in Northeast India and the first Bible College in Nagaland which was first started by late Rev Neihulie Angami in the midst where revival movement and the holy spirit was burning in the state.
Rev Kiewhuo maintained that the then Principal Rev Neihulie took the baptism of the holy spirit and instilled in him the burden to start a ministry that can produce for global missions that first started in 1972 and has attained 50 years of Golden Jubilee.
He informed that there will be a Golden Jubilee impartations and have invited people from all walks of life to come and receive the blessings of Salvation, Healing, Breakthrough, Deliverance, Prosperity and Restoration where evening services will be conducted 4 PM regularly.
On Tuesday, Abei-ü Neihulie, President Kohima Bible College (KBC) will dedicate the newly constructed Rev David Oliver Nunn Memorial Boys Hostel at the KBC Campus. While on Saturday there will be a Musical Service at 10 AM onwards with participation of various Churches, institutions and individuals.
The organisers have informed all the invited guests and attendees to register their names at the reception booth while it also added that keepsake souvenir magazines and merchandise will be made available.
Furthermore the organisers have informed that the programmes will be livestreamed on online platforms.
