KOHIMA, NOVEMBER 27 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Kohima has informed that the multi level car parking at PR Hill and Main Town, NST will be operational for public parking with effect from November 28 at the prescribed parking rate. A notice from the DC further informed that old NST is declared as a no parking are; parallel parking would be enforced from NST to Razhu Point; and Classic Island to PHQ junction would be declared as no parking area. The above restriction on parking will be enforced from November 28.
