G. Rio School wins Pool-A finals

G. Rio School today won against Mt. Sinai HSS in the Pool A finals of the ongoing 1st Kohima district Inter-school Football Tournament 2017 here at Khuochiezie.
G.Rio defeated Mt. Sinai via tie-breaker following a thrilling 90-minute 1-1 draw to move to the semi-finals. Sangti opened the account for G.Rio in the 31st min. The equalizer for Mt. Sinai came through Shovelo Duolo in the 39th min.
Earlier, Pool- A final match was graced by urban development director Ken Keditsu as the match matron.
