Our Correspondent Kohima | December 2 Several people thronged to the Kohima Night Carnival as part of the Hornbill festival under the aegis of Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI) as it entered second day today. This night carnival will continue till December 10. The objective of the carnival is to promote young upcoming local entrepreneurs comprising mostly educated unemployed youth. Stating from 6:00 PM daily, the Carnival host good numbers of participants representing different SHGs, NGOs, churches, colleges and similar institutes, selling wares ranging from toys, party pieces, handlooms, handicraft and varieties of local products seeking to raise funds. Altogether, 140 stalls have been allotted for this night carnival from MLA Hostel Junction till Razhu Point.
