KSCDL celebrates 8th anniversary of Smart Cities Mission

Kohima, June 27 (MExN): Kohima Smart City Development Limited celebrated the 8th anniversary of Smart Cities Mission at KMC, KSCDL conference hall on June 27. 

It was graced by T Lanusenla Longkumer, Administrator, Kohima Municipal Council as the special guest. The KMC Administrator urged the citizens to inculcate smarter lifestyle thereby contributing to the vision of the Smart City and the society in general. 

She lauded the Kohima Smart City Development Limited (KSCDL) for shouldering the initiative to realize the objective of Smart City Mission and being able to implement on ground the various developmental projects which intends to benefit the citizens at the core and in turn create more sustainable and inclusive livable environment.

The KSCDL, Executive Engineer (D), Insunaro delivered a brief note on the journey of Kohima Smart City Development Limited. She enlightened the gathering regarding the various completed and ongoing projects. The programme chair, Yhunchilo Khing, General Manager, Planning Division called upon all the citizens to contribute their best to make Kohima city, though not a number one city, yet at least a livable city. 

In commemoration of the occasion, KSCDL also organised events such as Cyclethon, ICCC visitation, MoHUA TULIP Interns Orientation, a visit to 9 Multi Level Car Parking Kohima.
