DIMAPUR, JANUARY 26 (MExN): The Tizit unit of the Konyak Union today decided to stand steadfast on the decision to boycott the upcoming Nagaland Assembly Elections. A press release from the union informed that this decision was taken at a meeting on January 24 in accordance with the ENPO resolution passed on August 26, 2022 and the resolution adopted by the Konyak Union Mon during its emergency meeting held on January 18, 2023 at the KU conference hall, Mon HQ. “All the intending candidates and the incumbent legislator are asked to refrain from all sorts of election campaign, camping and any kind of meetings within Tizit Jurisdiction,” it stated.
