Kohima, January 4 (MExN): The Lhisemia Khel of Kohima Village held its 64th annual day at its Indoor stadium with Khriehu Liezietsu, MLA as the special guest on January 4.
A press release received here stated that extending his greeting, MLA Khriehu in his speech urged upon the landowner not to be obstacle for any developmental works carried out by the Government as well as for any other public related importance stating that in many instances, the landowner issue has hindered the developmental activities.
He also pointed out that, any developmental activities should be carried out with the concern of the land owner so that no obstacle will arises and rightful treatment also should be given to the land owner.
The MLA also called upon the all the three sectors of L Khel not to be divided but united as one and helped one another.
Earlier, the L Khel Council Chairman, Ayie Yhome chaired the occasion, while Rev Keviyiekielie Linyü invoked God’s blessing and vote of thanks was delivered by Vice Chairman, Zapuvizo Liezietsu.
