Appeal

Sir,

The undersign would like to bring to the notice of the District Administration against illegal tax collection by unauthorized persons to the auto rickshaw drivers in the public places and the running auto carrying passengers thereby causing immense hardship to the public and auto drivers as well.

These illegal tax collectors are extorting Rs. 10/ each for auto drivers union and auto owners union and another Rs. 20/ for night.

It is therefore appealed to the District Administration to arrest those illegal tax collectors and book them under relevant section of the law.

Subject: Complaint letter regarding irregular electricity supply.

Respected Sir, I would like to draw the attention of frequent breakdown of electricity in our locality.

Ours is not really a new locality. Sometimes, the current is turned off for several hours in a very stretch. It appears that, even a slightest rain or wind affects the electricity. It is also true that the other localities enjoy better power supply as compared to our locality. I recall the situation just a few weeks ago where we were hardly given 5 hrs of electricity a day for the sake of reparation of the transformers but however, this reparation doesn’t seem to be have any positive impact. I believe Good Roads and Electricity are some of the basic needs of the people (at least in this 21st century). Even if other things fail, I pray we will not be deprived of good power supply in our locality or in Nagaland as a whole.

Hence I request to the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions to stop the breakdown of electricity in our locality.   Thanking you Chandemo Murry Resident Purana Bazaar, Dimapur
