Dimapur, March 6 (MExN): Likimro Hydro-Electric Project (LHEP) plant will be shut down for annual maintenance works with effect from March 7 till the 31st.
This will result in greater shortages – to the tune of 60% during off-peak and 45% during peak hours respectively – in power availability during the shutdown period.
Prolonged load-shedding would therefore be unavoidable and this inconvenience is regretted, state Executive Engineer of ETD, Dimapur.
