Dimapur, September 10 (MExN): Livingstone Foundation International College, Dimapur celebrated its 2nd freshers meet with the theme, ‘through difficulties to great things’ at the LFI auditorium on September 9.
A press release from the college stated that speaking at the event, Dr Andrew Ahoto, Chairman, LFI reminded the gathering about how a person is self made by the choices he makes and the things he take in. He encouraged the students to become great person with good hearts and mindset to bring about positive change in the society.
Dr RK Behera, LFI Principal gave out the welcome address, while the opening song was presented by the 3rd semester students and special song was presented by Thejavor of 1st semester. A special prayer was pronounced for the freshers by Medozhanuo Tepa, Councellor LFI. The session ended with vote of thanks by Mhademo of 1st semester.
The second session chaired by Sentijungla and Kedithil of 3rd semester witnessed the crowing of Kiyekali and Kevin as Miss and Mr Fresher LFIC 2022 respectively. The judges for the contest were Kiutan Simon, Imolangla, Kikameren and Tiaienla. Song, dance and Taekwando demonstration were presented by the students in the second session.
