ADC Dimapur informs

Dimapur, January 5 (MExN):
The list of amendments to the draft electoral rolls for the 1-Dimapur –I, 2-Dimapur-II, 3-Dimapur-III, 4-Ghaspani-I and 5-Ghaspani-II assembly constituencies have been prepared with reference to 01.01.2011 as the qualifying date and in accordance with the registration of elector rules 1960. While informing this, ADC Dimapur Sedevikho Khro in a press release said that a copy of the said rolls together with the said list of amendments has been published and will be available for inspection at the ADC’s office.

ADC Mokokchung informs

Mokokchung, January 5 (DIPR):
List of amendments to the draft electoral roll for the 21-Tuli, 22-Arkakong, 23-Impur, 24-Angetyongpang, 25-Mongoya, 26-Aonglenden, 27-Mokokchung town, 28-Koridang, 29-Jangpetkong and 30-Alongdaki Assembly Constituencies has been prepared with reference to 01-01-2011 as the qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules 1960. A copy of the said roll together with the said list of amendments has been published and is available for inspection at Additional Deputy Commissioner and Electoral Registration Officer, Mokokchung.

Offices buckle down to normal work

Mokokchung, January 5 (DIPR):
With Christmas and New Year celebrations over, state government employees gradually buckled down to their normal work in all offices in Mokokchung town. In a move to ensure normal office in all government offices, officers from district administration are conducting surprise checking of all government offices. EAC Establishment, Mokokchung, Arikumba said office attendance are satisfactory and normal office work has gradually picked up in the town.

CRU Dimapur informs

Dimapur, January 5 (MExN):
The General Council meeting of Centre of Medical and Sales Representatives Union (NER), the industry wise organisation for all medical and sales representatives in North East region will be held on January 7 and 8 at Dimapur for the first time in 36 years of CRU history. The meeting will be held at Durga Mandir auditorium, Old Daily Market, Dimapur from 9:30 am onwards.

ESSU golden jubilee from Jan 14

Dimapur, January 5 (MExN):
The Eastern Sumi Students’ Union (ESSU) golden jubilee will be held from January 14 to 16 under the theme ‘Beyond the achieved’ at Aghunato, Nagaland. The chief guest for the inaugural function will be Ihezhe Zhimomi, founding president and Ex. Minister, guest of honour for the valedictory session will be Zhetovi Yepthomi, founding vice-president and Ex. Minister and the special guest in the introductory session will be Tokheho Yepthomi, former presient and LMA, Laeder of Opposition, NLA.

NBT executive session on January 12

Dimapur, January 5 (MExN):
All executive and finance committee of Noksen Bukmut (citizen) Thangjam (NBT) are informed that the executive session for the year 2011 will be held on January 12 at 9:00 am at the treasurer’s residence in Noksen Village. All the committee members are asked to complete their assigned duties and works before the session and are also asked to attend the session positively. The NBT chairman executive A. Among Chang has informed that absentees will be dealt as per the R. No.3 of the Union.
