Logdrum HSS conducts sports meet

The special guest inspecting the march-past contingent.

DIMAPUR, MARCH 8 (MExN): Logdrum Higher Secondary School, Sangtamtila held its 14th annual games and sports meet from March 5 to 7 at Logdrum Football Ground with Grace Wangnao, Block Development Officer (BDO), Dhansiripar Block, Dimapur as the Special Guest for the opening ceremony.

The special guest in her address pointed on the importance of co-curricular activities and how education is incomplete without it. She also spoke on women’s empowerment in the field of sports. 

Earlier, the Program was chaired by Rosela, while invocation was pronounced by Alenuo. Welcome address was delivered by Limathung Lotha and the oath taking ceremony was led by the School Co-ordinator, Okito Yeptho.

Unfurling of the flags and inspection was done by the special guest, followed by drill display and march-past by the students.
