Nagaland School Education & SCERT Advisor, KT Sukhalu today said that there are lots of things that need to be rectified in the school education department in the state.
This, he said, among the others in respect of service matter, kind of education the department is giving, seniority of the teachers, requisite qualification.
Stating this in an official functions in Kohima today, Sukhalu admitted that there has been a lot of mismanagement in the department. Referring to numerous ultimatum bring served to the department, Sukhalu said “We are trying to address the issue.”
On the other hand, he said that with the commitment and sincerity of the galaxy of the officers, things are shaping up now, which will pave the way and easier to run the department better.
Stating that the department would not be in position to address all the matter at one go, he said, “But whatever we are doing now is for the welfare of the teachers, students and for better function of the department.”
