Man is a little less than Angels”; (Bible). Here, what I want to say to our Naga people is that we know well only one side of the coin but the other side of the coin is partially concealed, blindfolded or not thought of it for the last many decades.
We, Nagas are fighting for our rights, sacrificing thousands of precious lives, declaring cease-fire undertaking peace talks with mighty Indian leadership. The Naga National issue had started with physical actions during the reign of Mahatma Gandhi, Nehruji, AZ Phizo, Daiho till today with Manmohan Singh, Isak Swu, Muivah, Khaplang, Khole-Kitovi.
Indian leadership had accepted and recognized the political and historical rights of the Naga people as, “a unique”, ‘The Indo-Naga political problem cannot be solved militarily; it is not a law and order problem but it is a political issue.” Nagas are restlessly shouting slogans such as: “Nagas are one”, “A Journey of Common Hope”, “All Nagas are to be brought under one administrative roof” – Sovereignty.
Now, the Nagaland Legislative Assembly members are even ready for mass resignation if needed for the cause of the Nagas. Good, well done! On the other hand, the Manipuris (Meiteis) are shouting and declaring openly without any hesitation and fear, “Manipur State Territorial Integrity Should be Protected”. They are even shouting, “There Are No Nagas In Manipur State”, “Nagas Are Only in Nagaland State”. All the Indian leadership whoever visited Manipur, Imphal City, assured protection of ‘Manipur State Territorial Integrity’ at all cost. This is the main cause/issue remain blindfolding or confounding the people and the Nagas in particular.
It may not be palatable to some groups or individuals, but unless and until the hill tribal people of Manipur come out from the clutches of the Meiteis nothing Indo-Naga solution can come which lies/entails with the Manipur State Territorial Integrity. And it is my unfailing belief that, once tribal people of Manipur come out politically from the hands of the Meeteis, it would be the first foot-step towards solving Indo-Naga political solution. Then, the Hill Tribal people will be free automatically to form SCCUTLAND, (South Nagaland).
Next, the Naga nation, according to the map, Naga ancestral domain, drawn by the NSF, Naga national workers, the Naga country will be in comprise of Central, South, North, East and West Nagaland. The Nagas can never be only under one Chief Ministership but under one Prime Ministership with at the most 10 (ten) Chief Ministers of ten states. It will be called the United States of Nagaland (Nagalim), USN like USA.
This fate of the Naga Nation will come true. It was the Divine Revelation concerning the North-East Region by Rev. EM Mozhiu, (an aged man of 95 years old). Let us pray, think, understand and work for the betterment of all the Nagas without exception for our generation to come.
