All returnees discharged for home quarantine
Mokokchung, July 23 (MExN): A total of 18 returnees lodged at the Mary Mead Quarantine Centre were discharged for home quarantine on July 23 after “repeated” negative tests and due approval from the Chief Secretary, Nagaland.
The DC Mokokchung Limawabang Jamir in a press release informed that three returnees who had earlier tested COVID-19 positive from the Impur Quarantine Centres have all recovered and discharged from the COVID Care Centre for home quarantine.
The DC also informed in another order that following the discharge of all the returnees lodged at Impur Quarantine Centers, the Mary Mead Hostel Campus encompassing IBS Building 1, 2 and 3 declared as containment zone is lifted with immediate effect.
Since May 2020, a total of 144 returnees were lodged at various quarantine centers at Impur.
Meanwhile, all 45 returnees lodged at Amukloshi Quarantine Center, Fazi Ali College Campus, Chuchuyimpang were discharged for home quarantine on July 20 after “repeated” negative tests. The Amukloshi Quarantine Center, Fazi Ali College Campus, Chuchuyimpang declared as containment zone is also lifted with immediate effect.
