Kohima, June 14 (MExN): In a major show of support for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), many supporters, including former candidate, senior leaders and youth from different political parties, joined the BJP family during a mass joining programme held in Bhandari Mandal, Wokha District on June 13.
Welcoming the new members, BJP Nagaland State president Benjamin Yepthomi said that the BJP remains committed to inclusive development, good governance, and creating opportunities for the youth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He stated that the large turnout and mass joining demonstrate the increasing trust of the younger generation in the ideals and leadership of the BJP.
He further noted that the people’s support reflects confidence in the developmental approach and welfare-oriented governance being carried forward under PM Modi’s leadership.
Meanwhile, BJP Nagaland expressed gratitude to all those who joined the BJP family and reaffirmed its commitment to continue working for the welfare, progress, and aspirations of the people of Bhandari and beyond.
