CSU seminar/meet with VECs/HTs
The Chakhesang Students' Union (CSU) in collaboration with DEO is organizing a seminar/coordination meet with all the VECs and Head Teachers under Phek district at Phek Town Council (PTC) Hall on September 15. The seminar will have two sessions with Vechikhoyi Lohe, Principal, GHSS Pfutsero and Vekhozo, ADC (SSA) respectively as resource persons. The first session will discuss on the topic "Professionalism and motivation". The second session will discuss on the "Role and responsibility of VEC". The CSU has invited all the VECs and head teachers to the seminar.
Tuensang DPDB meeting
The Tuensang District Planning and Development Board meeting for the month of September will be held on September 15, 11:00 am in the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang. Therefore, all DPDB members concerned have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
ANSTA, NSSFOF, Core Committee coordination meet
The first coordination meeting of All Nagaland School Teachers’ Association (ANSTA), Nagaland Secondary Schools Fields Officers’ Forum (NSSFOF), and the Core Committee for total bifurcation will be held on September 16 at CANSSEA Office, Sepfuzou Colony, Kohima at 10:00 am to “discuss urgent matter pertaining to bifurcation of Department (School Education)”. DTDWTU invites truck drivers’ unions
The Dimapur Truck Drivers’ Welfare Trade Union (DTDWTU) has convened an “extra ordinary” executive meeting on September 17, 10:00 am at its Head Office, Burma Camp, near The Bible Society of India, Dimapur. Therefore, a press release from DDTDWTU General Secretary, Suren has invited all the truck drivers’ unions within the state of Nagaland, Assam (Diphu and Manja), and Manipur (Imphal and Senapati) to attend the meeting represented by the presidents, general secretaries, and one member each.
