PVC consultative meet The Phek Village Council (PVC) has called an emergency consultative meeting on November 10, 1:00 pm at the village council hall. The consultative meet has been called to deliberate on pertinent issues concerning the village. As such, all concerned members have been requested to attend it. ZSU orientation cum awareness Zeme Students’ Union (ZSU) will conduct one day orientation cum awareness programme on role and responsibilities (Village Administration) of Village Chairmen, Village Education Chairmen, Village Development Board and Pledge Card distribution and signing on Saving Environments and Wildlife on November 11 at 11:00 am. The union will also discuss and take appropriate action on education system in its jurisdiction, especially the proxy/substitute teachers in the village schools, as endorsed to NSF. The programme will be held at the residence of D. Abraham, former advisor, at Jalukie Town. All chairmen, VEC and members have been requested to attend the same positively. Alumni Association, SCTE, Kohima launch The launching programme of the Alumni Association, SCTE, Kohima will be held on November 12, 11:00 am in the State College of Teacher Education (SCTE), Kohima. R. Tohanba, Parliamentary Secretary for Municipal Affairs, Economics & Statistics will be the chief guest. All the alumni of the college have been requested to attend the programme. AGOK annual session The annual session of the Angami Gazetted Officers Krotho (AGOK) will take place on November 12 at Campion School Ground, Jakhama. The session will start at 11:00 am. Dr. Dietho-o Yhoshü, member, Advisory Board APO will be the main speaker.
