SMCs sensitization training There will be sensitization training for all the School Management Committees (SMCs) under Sub-Divisional Education Officer (SDEO), Dimapur on June 22, 12:00 pm at the SDEO office. Therefore, all the SMCs and Head Teachers/Teacher-in-charge under SDEO Dimapur have been informed to attend the training without fail.     Graduate Teachers in Dimapur informed SDEO Dimapur has informed all the regular Graduate Teachers and SSA Graduate Teachers who were appointed upto 2013 to submit bio-data, date of birth, date of graduation, date of B.Ed. pass, and date of appointment to the Head Assistant on or before July 30 for onward submission to the Directorate of School Education. Submission after the last date will not be entertained, the SDEO said in a press release.     LBA women department The Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) women department will hold its half yearly executive meeting on July 22 at ADC Headquarter Mission Centre, Tening. Women Secretary, Azon in a press release has requested all the executive members and presidents of the local churches to come with their constructive agenda to discuss the welfare of the LBA women department in order to uplift the women activities in general.     Lotha Hoho Dimapur The executive meeting of Lotha Hoho Dimapur (LHD) will be held on July 23, 9:00 am at the Hoho Ki. Executive members of the LHD have been informed to attend the meeting positively.     NU Sociology entrance test The Department of Sociology, Nagaland University, Lumami has scheduled an entrance test on July 26, 11:00 am in the department for those candidates who have applied for two years PG program in Sociology, Nagaland University. The list of scrutinized candidates is uploaded in the university website: www.nagalanduniversity.ac.in, informed a press release issued by Dr. Temjensosang, admission committee convenor, Department of Sociology, NU.     MCC Parents/Guardians' Forum meet Model Christian College has informed all the members of the Parents/Guardians' Forum, Model Christian College Kohima that the Forum’s orientation cum general meeting will be held on July 23, 10:00 am in the college auditorium. A press note issued by Mashangam MK, Secretary has requested all the members of the Forum to come to the meeting without fail.  

  Career guidance seminar in Mangkolemba In view of the 25 years celebration of Mangkolemba ADC HQ, the Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) in collaboration with the Mangkolemba Town Student's Union (MTSU) will organize a daylong career guidance seminar/workshop for Class 9-12 students of all the Government High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools under the subdivision on July 30, 9:00 am at the Town Hall, Mangkolemba. Altogether, 15 resource persons from all sections of the society will share on different topics. ADC Mangkolemba has requested all the heads of institutions, both Government/Private schools, under the subdivision to ensure that every student from their respective schools attend the programme.
