Kohima, March 8 (MExN): The SDO (C) Kohima Razouvolie Dozo has informed that there will be a final review meeting of all the DDMA members, Master Trainers, Section officers and others on March 10 at 2:00 pm in the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner, Kohima in connection with the mega mock exercise.
In a separate press release, secretary to the government of Nagaland, T Ao has informed that Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home department in association with National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and north east states will be implementing the multi state mega mock exercise ‘M 8.7 Shillong earthquake scenario: NE states preparedness campaign’ project on March 13.
The mega mock exercise is to check the preparedness of the NE states in the event of an earthquake disaster and to identify the gaps so as to be better prepared. In Nagaland, the exercise will be conducted in Kohima and Dimapur. Both these districts will start the event at exactly 11:30 am along with the other NE states. Senior officials/ consultants from the NDMA will be present to facilitate the exercise. All heads of departments, DCs, SPs and all line departments will participate in the same.

4. Village: PWD colony
