KOHIMA, JANUARY 27 (MExN): Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly has accepted the resignation tendered by Tongpang Ozukum, Independent MLA, 24- Angetyongpang from membership of the Thirteenth Nagaland Assembly with effect from the forenoon of January 27. Ozukum was also Minister for Housing and Mechanical in the present Nagaland Government. “Consequent upon his resignation, the Speaker, Nagaland Legislative Assembly has declared the seat mentioned against his name as vacant,” informed a notice from the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
