Miss Nagaland pays visit to orphans

Reining Miss Nagaland, Hattineng Hangsing visited the Kohima Orphanage & Destitute Home on April 27 accompanied by officials and close relatives. Interacting with the inmates she said that visit was a gesture to express her love and concern towards the kids and distributed sweets and food items. Hansing also visited the Govt. primary school, Kohima Orphanage Seithogie. Earlier she had also visited the Naga Mothers’ Association Community Care Centre and interacted with the inmates and distributed food items.
It is also to be mentioned that on earlier occasion, Hangsing had visited the Servanthood Christian orphanage Home, Peren on 15th April, Alpis Home & Chavara Home Dimapur on 15th April. Earlier, Miss Nagaland, Hattinneing Hangsing accompanied by officials of Peren District Beauty & Aesthetic Society visited the Rehab Centre, Heningkunglwa in Peren District on April 23, 2011. PDBAS, President, Peling in a press release stated that speaking to the 36 inmates of the Rehab Centre, Miss Nagaland expressed her love and feelings for them and encouraged them to lead a good and responsible life when they step out of the Centre. She also donated food items for the Rehab Centre. Earlier, three of the inmates shared their testimony and also presented a special number.
Her tour schedule will wind up at the 1st Annual Fashion Show organized by the Global Open University as the show stopper on April 29.
