Aizawl, July 19 (PTI): Mizoram reported 335 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, pushing the tally to 27,488, a health department official said.
Over 67 children are among the patients to contract the virus since Sunday, he said.
The northeastern state now has 6,003 active cases, while 21,363 people have recovered from the disease.
At least 122 people have succumbed to the virus so far.
Aizawl district reported 201 fresh cases, followed by Lunglei (82), Kolasib (18), Mamit (16), Lawngtlai (9), Siaha (8) and Champhai district (1), the official said.
Mizoram has tested 5,57,238 samples for COVID-19 till date.
Meanwhile, the official said over 6 lakh people have been vaccinated in the state till Saturday.
