DIMAPUR, JULY 7 (MExN): MLA and former Minster, C Kipili Sangtam has expressed discontent at the poor condition of the Nagaland Legislature Home in Kohima. In a press release, the MLA from Kiphire said "considering the importance of lawmakers, the concerned authority in the Nagaland Legislature Home is running like of a common public hostel.” He said that the house “must be maintained in a proper way by the concerned authority for safety measures as well,” adding that “members are not respected in any manner." Sangtam, who is Chairman of the DPDB Kiphire, pointed out that facilities provided there were not up to the mark as required, where no chairs or lounge are available for visiting guests to sit, and there is irregular water supply.
