Dimapur, March 5 (MExN): The NDPP and BJP functionaries of Mon district have submitted a letter to Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio requesting allotment of 3 Ministerial berths to MLAs of Mon district.
The letter, which was doing the rounds on various social media networks, was purportedly appended by presidents of NDPP Mon Region and BJP Mon district Khoiwang Wangsa and Nyawang respectively, along with general secretaries M Phongwang and K Suzzane Konyak.
Meanwhile, sources said that the demand was for allocation of the Home portfolio to P Paiwang Konyak (BJP), Health and Family Welfare to Noke Wangnao (NDPP) and PWD (Roads & Bridges) to CL John (NDPP).
