Wokha, October 25 (MExN): More organisations have come out in condemnation of the alleged rape and murder of a minor girl that took place in Dimapur on October 22.
LPO: The Lotha public organization (LPO) issued a press statement on Sunday, expressing its outrage at the brutal crime.
LPO chairman Sulanthung Humtsoe and vice president Phyobemo odyuo while condemning the crime appealed the law and enforcing authorities to give strictest punishment to those who have carried out such a horrific inhuman act on a young life and caused her family irreparable pain.
It also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.
KLH: The Kohima Lotha Hoho strongly condemned the ‘barbaric and horrific’ act, which it said, is not acceptable in a peaceful society.
While appreciating their prompt action in arresting all the culprits, the Hoho also appealed to the law enforcing agency that the culprits should not be bailed out under any circumstances.
