Nagaland’s lone Rajya Sabha MP, S Phangnon Konyak, today inaugurated Football Ground in Longkei village under Mon District.
In her address, Phangnon expressed hope that the newly inaugurated football ground will facilitate multi events in the coming days.
She maintained that such infrastructure will ignite the spirit of many sportspersons to explore and excel.
She also applauded the land donors, Village Council and the entire denizens of Longkei for the successful completion of the construction. Earlier, LBC pastor L. Panpha led dedicatory prayer while welcome address was delivered by Y. Menpho, VCC. Report on construction of the ground was highlighted by B. Aman, VDB secretary.
