
Our Correspondent Kohima | April 13 The ongoing Morning Premier League saw a thrilling goal fest on Thursday with 14 goals being scored in the 90 minutes of play. The match between All Blacks and Morning Football Club ended in a draw with both teams locked at 7-7. The nail-biting encounter saw Morning FC leading 4-0 at one stage but the determined All Blacks came back strongly to take the lead just before half time. Dikwa opened the account for Morning FC in just the second minute of the play before Akhavi made it 2-0 in the 10th minute. Bokato and Tseibu then scored in the in the 23rd and 29th minute respectively to make it 4-0. However, five goals in a span of 10 minutes saw All Blacks back in contention for the game. Vashupra scored two quick goals in as many minutes finding the net in the 32' and 33' to cut the deficit in half. Renbemo then scored in the 38th minute to make it 4-3 before Azo netted in the equalizer two minutes later. Vashupra then went on to complete his hat-trick scoring in the 42nd minute as the half ended 5-4 in favour of All Blacks. Following the restart, Dikwa scored his second in the 51st minute to equalize for Morning FC. Akhavi then restored the lead for Morning FC netting home his second in the 69th minute. The final 10 minutes of play saw three goals as both teams pushed for the win. Renbemo scored for the All Blacks in the 81st minute to make it 6-6. But when Tseibu scored his second for Morning FC in the 89th minute, it looked all but over. However, Renbemo was not done.
