Dignitaries and others during 48th convocation ceremony of Mt Terogvu Theological College.

Kohima, April 27 (MExN): The 48th Convocation ceremony of Mt Terogvu Theological College was held on April 16 at Multi-purpose hall, Zunpha, Tseminyu.
Dr Bennett Lawrence, Regional Secretary ATA India delivered the keynote address.
Dr Lawrence’s sermon, based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, according to John Chapter-13, emphasised the importance of selflessness and service, encouraging the graduates to embody these values.
A total of eleven Bachelor of Theology and eight Master of Divinity students received their ATA Accredited degrees.
Rev Dr Rushulo Seb awarded the degree certificates while Peter T Kent, chairman Board of the Governors, turned the graduation tassel for the graduates.
Fifteen prestigious awards were presented, consisting of certificates, books, and cash prizes.
Notable recipients included Shoyhunle Kath (Master of divinity) and Helole Jishing (Bachelor of Theology), who received Academic Proficiency Awards while L Baham (Master of Divinity), received the General Proficiency Award.
The programme witnessed welcome address by Rev Dr Rushulo Seb, Principal of the College, invocation by Athriba Sangtam, responsive reading by Yannyu P Mansha, college choir led by Chavilu Lea, Act of dedication by G Thong, Scripture reading and pianist by Sesenya Kath. Haiwalo Apon, Executive Secretary CRBC offered the prayer of dedication. The Academic Dean Khipenlo Apon, presented the graduating candidates.
Diana K Vimera chaired the ceremony while vote of thanks was proposed by Assistant Professor Khwenyelo Thong.
