Dimapur, August 21 (MExN): The 4th amended constitution of Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) was dedicated and released by Rev Fr John PM, Holy Cross Parish Priest in NCD office conference hall, Dimapur on August 21.
In his speech, Rev Fr John said the NCD Constitution is not like any other ordinary books. “It is a book where all the rules and regulations, norms of discipline in civil society organisations particularly for peace and harmony in its jurisdiction, Dimapur district,” he stated.
Rev Fr John blessed and prayed upon the Constitution booklets and, for all the NCD Office bearers and councillors to lead the communities in peace and harmony.
NCD President, Etsungmomo Kikon thanked the Constitution Amendment Committee for drafting the amendment which was approved on June 30, 2023. Holuto Aye, Vice President (Admn), and Zandi Domta, Convener, Constitution Amendment Committee also spoke briefly. LK Peter Anal, General Secretary, NCD, gave vote of thanks.
