Chief Justice, AK Goel, High Court Gauhati administers the swearing in ceremony of new judges on May 22.
Dimapur, May 22 (MExN): Honorable Chief Justice, AK Goel, High Court Gauhati administered the swearing in ceremony of three new judges on May 22 at Gauhati High Court. The new judges are Lanusungkum Jamir of Nagaland and the other two judges are Nishitendu Chaudhury and Manash Ranjan Pathak.
A press note received here stated that Lanusungkum Jamir is the eldest son of Lipokmeren IAS Retd and is the first among the Aos’ to be appointed as one of the Judge in Gauhati High court. The Oath taking ceremony was attended by many senior advocates both from Assam and Nagaland.
