Naga Students Forum Mangalore held its 16th fresher’s meet on October 1 at Hotel Plaza Avenue, Mangalore.
MANGALORE, OCTOBER 20 (MExN): Naga Students Forum Mangalore held its 16th fresher’s meet on October 1 at Hotel Plaza Avenue, Mangalore.
According to a press release, the program was structured into two sessions- formal and informal. Formal session started with a prayer song by Athena College. Welcome and presidential address was delivered by Kevilhoukhonuo Yiese. Vidya Dinker [Social Activist] graced the event as the chief guest. In her speech, she motivated the students to be adventurous and grab every opportunity that comes our way.
Special number was presented by Nitte University, speech on behalf of freshers by Christine Lajeo, prayer for freshers by Kaini Cecilia, vote of thanks by Janbeni and lastly benediction by Atolito.
The NSFM executive board for the year 2023- 2024 will be led by Kevilhoukhonuo Yiese as the president, Suiyile Disuang as vice president, Janbeni Shitiri as general secretary, Magdalene as treasurer, Atolito Bolly Chophy as PRO, AtytyTep as assistant gen secretary, Matohung Chahongnao as sports secretary and Loli as cultural secretary. Advisors will be Kaini Cecilia & Christy Shimray.
On the occasion, Ngaopoulou Sou and Arenbenla Longchar were crowned Mr and Miss Freshers 2023. The NSFM wished success to the freshers as they begin their new journey.
